Cookie Policy

1. Cookies we use

We use "fakturata_token" (sign-in, up to 7 days, httpOnly), "fakturata_lang" (selected language, up to 1 year) and "flash" (message, up to 15 seconds or the next load). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of the contract; consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies under European practice.

2. Local storage

localStorage/sessionStorage holds theme, splash state, interface state (settings, menus and filters), cookie choice and app cache. Cookie choice is stored under “fakturata-cookie-choice” with version/date and is valid for 6 months. Menu preferences may also be saved in the account to sync across devices; temporary session data ends with the browsing session. Local settings can be cleared in the browser.

3. Third parties

When redirected to payment pages (Stripe/ePay) they may set their own cookies under their policies. We do not set any and do not control external sites.

4. Managing cookies

Open “Cookie preferences” on any standard page to revisit your choice. “Necessary only” and “Accept available categories” currently have the same effect because there are no optional categories. If any are introduced, we will request a new separate choice before activating them. You may clear or block cookies/storage in your browser; blocking the session prevents sign-in. This choice does not accept terms or waive rights.
