The Provider’s total liability on any grounds is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in the last 12 months (for free use — EUR 0). No liability for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages.
Limitations apply only to the extent lawful and together with the exceptions in the Terms of Use.
