2. Installation operator responsibility

fakturata.com is a hosted service: data is processed by the Provider and its infrastructure suppliers under the Privacy Policy. For a separate local installation its operator manages the server, access and backups; external AI/email/payment integrations may send data to their respective providers.

3. Applicable law

Bulgarian law applies. Requirements under the VAT Act, Accountancy Act, Consumer Protection Act, E-Commerce Act and GDPR apply under current legislation.

4. Supervisory authorities

Data protection: Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg). Consumer disputes: Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) and conciliation bodies.
